When you twirl a picture you kind of get the picture twisted and twisted around all into the middle. This is how you make it:

1. Open a new document. You can really use any size but I just use this to explain 250*250.

2. Click the paintbrush tool ( ) and just make alot of dots everwhere with any colours you want.
This is how mine looks:


3. Then click EFFECTS > DISTORTION EFFECTS > TWIRL


4.A new window will now pop-up where you change your "Degrees" to 720 or less if you want. Click OK And you should be done.
