Scanlines
Scanlines on a layout is like a buch of lines from the top to the bottom of the image. It looks very good on some layouts.

I will be using this image:

1.Go on the toolbar first, click EFFECTS > TEXTURE EFFECTS > BLINDS

2. A new window will now pop-up, change your settings to the same as mine
(but choose a colour for the lines yourselve )

3.Just click OK And now you are done ! :D
