1.The first thing you have to do is very important, if you don't do it, the whole effect wont work.
Duplicate the base
To do that you RIGHTCLICK the base layer and click DUPLICATE

2. Next, click ASJUST > BLUR > GAUSSIAN BLUR

3.A new window will now pop-up, set the settings to the same as mine and click OK

4.Set the duplicated layer to DARKEN
And now you are done ! :)
