Motion blur is like making a picture from normal to simply be in motion.
I will be using this image.


1. Click ASJUST > BLUR > MOTION BLUR in Paint shop pro after opening your image.


2. Then a new window will pop-up and there you have to change the settings. I set it to about 20 cause that fits to my image. But of course you could have less or more.



3. Click OK and you're image will be done ! :)
