Grudge dots
With grudge dots on you're image you will make your image more simply, grudgy. All images are thumbmails, so click for full view.

1. Open your image in Paint Shop Pro. Then click Image > Decrease Color Depth > 2 Colors (1 bit)


2. Now change your settings like mine and click OK


3. Click CTRL + C or just copy the image. Then close it and open the original one. Paste it over as a new layer.


4. Now go down to the layer palette and change the opacity on the layer with the grudge dots to 25.


Your image should now be done.
