Aged newspaper

Below you will see how the effect "aged newspaper" is "before and after"

How to use :

1. Open your image in Paint Shop Pro. Then click EFFECTS > ARTISTIC EFFECTS > AGED NEWSPAPER

2. Set the amount of age to whatever that fits you, but I take 50. Then click OK


You will now have the aged newspaper effect on your image.
