I am gonna use a picture I have taken myself, you may try the tutorial on it, but you may not use it elsewhere. Below you will see how the picture was before and after.


How to make it:

1. First open your picture in Photoshop.

2. Now duplicate the base layer 2 times, so you will have a total of three layers of your picture.

3. Click your first layer of the picture and click Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard, or go Layer > New > Layer. A little window will pop-up, just click ok and you got a new layer added between your first and second layer of your photo.

Click the Paint Bucket Tool:

Now fill the new layer with #6b53d4

Set the coloured layer to Pin light.

4. Next, set the first of the duplicated layers to Luminosity.

Your result will now be looking like this:


5. On the last duplicated layer, simply set it to hue. After you've done that set the opacity to 70%.


Your final result will be looking like this:
