Advanced image #1
I am gonna use a picture I have taken myself, you may try the tutorial on it, but you may not use it elsewhere. Below you will see how the picture was before and after.


How to make it:

1. First open your picture in Photoshop.

2. Now duplicate the base layer 5 times.

3. Next, we have to invert the fist layer. Click CTRL + I or go Image > Adjustments > Invert. Set this layer to soft light.

Your image will now be looking like this if you hide the layers above:


4. Moving to the next duplicated layer, set the layer style to Hue. Then go Image > Adjustments > Exposure. A new window will now pop-up where you set your settings like mine on the image below.

5. Moving to the next duplicated layer, simply set the layer style to pin light. Then go Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic and set the cell size to 20.

The image will now be looking like this if you hide the layers above:

6. You are now soon done. Here we come, the last layer. Start with going to Filter > Blur > Radical blur make your settings like mine below.

Ok now the image will look ugly. You are gonna fix it though. Set the layer to Difference.

Your image will now look like this:

7. At last, now we are gonna erase some of the fifth layer. Click the lasso tool and set the feather to 90px. Now mark around the face etc, all the main parts.

Press delete, and you have your finished result.

This effect may not be that cool, but can be very awesome on some layout types.
